These are the rules for using InsuranceForVisitUkraine.com. They cover what you get, what we are responsible for, and what happens if something goes wrong. Short version: we facilitate the purchase, a licensed Ukrainian insurer backs the policy, and your PDF arrives within 5 minutes.
1. Service Description
InsuranceForVisitUkraine.com is an online platform that facilitates the purchase of health insurance policies for foreign nationals visiting Ukraine. Policies are issued by licensed Ukrainian insurance companies. We act as an intermediary and are not the insurance provider.
2. Eligibility
Our insurance policies are available to foreign nationals visiting Ukraine. By purchasing a policy, you confirm that:
- You are a foreign national planning to enter or currently staying in Ukraine
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are at least 18 years of age, or a legal guardian is purchasing on your behalf
3. Policy Purchase and Delivery
Upon successful payment, your insurance policy PDF will be delivered to the email address you provide within 5 minutes. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider issues.
If you have not received your policy within 15 minutes of payment, please contact us at info@insuranceforvisitukraine.com and we will resend it immediately.
4. Coverage and Claims
Insurance coverage, exclusions, and claims procedures are governed by the policy document issued by the insurance company. We strongly recommend reading your policy document before travelling. Claims are processed directly by the insurance company according to their procedures.
We do not process insurance claims. For emergency medical assistance, call the number printed on your policy document.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
6. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the purchase process. Providing false information may render your policy invalid. We are not liable for policy rejection due to inaccurate customer-provided data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to facilitating the insurance purchase transaction. We are not liable for: any medical expenses, travel disruptions, border refusals, or losses that arise from reliance on our service beyond what is covered by your policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
