When you buy insurance from us, you share personal information: your name, passport details, travel dates, and email address. Here is exactly what we do with it — and what we do not.

- Passport or travel document number
- Email address for policy delivery
- Travel dates and duration
- Payment information (processed securely — we do not store card details)
We also collect standard technical data through your browser: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used only for security and service improvement purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used exclusively to:
- Issue and deliver your insurance policy PDF
- Process payments through our secure payment processor
- Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- Comply with Ukrainian insurance regulations and reporting requirements
- Improve our website and service quality
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We share your personal data only with:
- Licensed insurance providers — to issue and validate your policy
- Payment processors — to process your transaction securely
- Regulatory authorities — when required by Ukrainian law
