If your travel plans change before your coverage starts, you can get a full refund. Here is exactly how refunds work and how to request one.
1. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your policy's coverage start date has not yet been reached (i.e., the policy has not yet become active)
- You contact us within a reasonable time before the start date
To request a refund, email us at info@insuranceforvisitukraine.com with your policy number and the reason for your request.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- The policy coverage period has already started
- The policy has been used to obtain a visa or cross a border checkpoint
- A claim has been filed against the policy
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. For example, if your travel plans changed significantly and you need a shorter coverage period, we may be able to issue a replacement policy and refund the difference.
4. Technical Issues
If you were charged but did not receive your policy due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to either:
- Immediate re-delivery of your policy, or
- A full refund
Please contact us within 24 hours if you believe a technical error has occurred.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@insuranceforvisitukraine.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your policy number (found in the PDF)

We process refund requests within 2 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
